- Membangun hubungan baik dengan konsumen
- Memahami kebutuhan prospek
- Mengirimkan promosi produk secara berkala
- Menginput data yang berhubungan dengan konsumen
- Menjawab dan merespon pertanyaan konsumen
- Membuat laporan harian dan bulanan terkait penjualan
- Menerima dan mampu menyelesaikan keluhan yang disampaikan oleh klien
Kualifikasi
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai sales/ telesales B2B
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/ SMK/ Sederajat/ D3
- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office
- Berpenampilan rapih dan menarik
- Mampu bernegosiasi, mengatasi masalah, dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan jelas
- Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Jakarta
