Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and onboard new agents, encouraging first transactions.
- Achieve KPIs for activations, transactions, and engagement.
- Monitor inactive agents and drive reactivation through calls and offers.
- Maintain agent relationships and promote loyalty programs.
- Update CRM with accurate records and report performance insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve agent experience.
- Prioritize high-potential leads based on behavior or campaign engagement.
- Support telesales campaigns and product launch activities.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in telesales, retention, or customer support.
- Strong sales mindset, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Kapture).
- Background in Travel, E-Commerce, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, or SaaS preferred.
- Willing to WFO and in rotation at Jakarta Pusat
