1. Handle incoming leads with potential conversion in the platform we provided
2. Contact and follow up with potential customers to promote Homecare services
3. Provide clear and accurate information to help customers make informed decisions.
4. Persuade customers effectively while building trust and maintaining a positive experience.
5. Handle inquiries, address concerns, and guide customers through the booking process.
6. Achieve sales targets that is being determined by company.
Qualifications :
1. Having at least 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
2. Strong communication and persuasion skills.
3. Target-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
4. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Experience in healthcare industry is a plus.
