Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal D3/D4/S1 semua jurusan
Pengalaman di bidang telemarketing minimal 1 tahun, diutamakan produk fintech/keuangan
Komunikasi lisan dan tulisan yang baik
Mampu meyakinkan calon nasabah dan terbiasa bekerja dengan target

Tanggung Jawab:

Melakukan panggilan telepon untuk menawarkan produk/layanan fintech
Menjelaskan fitur dan manfaat produk kepada calon nasabah
Menjawab pertanyaan dan menangani keberatan dari calon nasabah
Mencapai target penjualan/akuisisi yang ditetapkan perusahaan
