Job description for Telemarketing Supervisor at PT Mentari Mulia Berjangka
Mentari Mulia has been engaged in futures trading since 2013 with an official license from BAPPEBTI NO. 56/BAPPEBTI/SP/05/2013.
We always prioritize international standard services for customers and consistently provide training and education about trading products, such as forex, stock indices, precious metals, multilateral commodities, and others. All of this is also supported by platform stability, so that customers can transact safely and comfortably.
Requirements :
- Male or female, 25-40 years old
- Have at least 3 years of telemarketing experience
- Those with related industry experience are preferred
- Have excellent communication skill
- Accustomed to lead the team to achieve targets
- Organized and detail-oriented
Job Descriptions :
- Help organize daily work for telemarketing members
- Offer advice and solutions for difficulties faced by telemarketing members
- Promote the company’s products and services
- Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
