Job description for Technical Writer at PT. Fortech Indotama

- Minimal 3–5 tahun sebagai Technical Writer, Dokumentator Sistem, atau peran serupa yang berfokus pada produk teknologi/software development.

- Mengerti alur kerja aplikasi web modern, arsitektur Client-Server, metode HTTP, serta struktur data (JSON/XML) untuk dituangkan ke dalam panduan sistem.

- Mahir menyusun dokumentasi API yang terstruktur dan interaktif menggunakan tools seperti Swagger (OpenAPI) atau Postman.

- Memahami konsep dasar kecerdasan buatan seperti LLM, arsitektur RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), dan alur integrasi AI API (seperti Gemini API atau OpenAI) untuk dibuatkan manual teknisnya.

- Menguasai penggunaan manajemen basis pengetahuan (knowledge base) seperti Confluence, Notion, atau Wiki, serta terbiasa menulis dengan format Markdown.

- Memahami dasar-dasar penggunaan Git (GitHub/GitLab) untuk mengelola, memperbarui, dan merilis dokumen secara kolaboratif.

- Terbiasa bekerja dalam lingkungan Agile/Scrum menggunakan Jira untuk menyelaraskan pembaruan dokumen (Release Notes) dengan siklus sprint developer.

- Bisa membaca kode pemrograman dasar (terutama Python atau JavaScript), memahami alur kerja vector database, sistem web scraping, atau dokumentasi teknologi Computer Vision/OCR.

- Memiliki kemampuan menyederhanakan istilah teknis yang rumit menjadi panduan yang logis, detail-oriented terhadap akurasi langkah, serta adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi AI.

- Memiliki sertifikasi resmi yang relevan di bidang Technical Writing atau komunikasi teknis (seperti Certified Professional Technical Communicator (CPTC), sertifikasi Technical Writing dari lembaga kredibel, atau sertifikasi manajemen produk/dokumen IT terkait).
