Job description for Technical Support (Electrical) at PT Spektrum Krisindo Elektrika

Responsibilities:

Provide service and technical support to customers through site visits, communication, and troubleshooting.
Assist or independently conduct installation, commissioning, and technical presentations/training for customers.
Support the Sales Division and other related departments in achieving project objectives.
Prepare comprehensive reports for each service and technical support activity.

Requirements:

Male
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Electro)
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD
Experience in electrical engineering, including commissioning and troubleshooting of LV, MV & HV switchgear, transformers, and relay protection systems is preferred
Able to interpret and create electrical drawings
Fair proficiency in English, both spoken and written
Pleasant personality with strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Innovative, self-motivated, creative, and responsible
Able to work under tight deadlines
Willing to travel for work assignments
Possess a valid driving license (SIM A and/or SIM C)
