Job description for Technical Support (Electrical) at PT Spektrum Krisindo Elektrika
Responsibilities:
- Provide service and technical support to customers through site visits, communication, and troubleshooting.
- Assist or independently conduct installation, commissioning, and technical presentations/training for customers.
- Support the Sales Division and other related departments in achieving project objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for each service and technical support activity.
Requirements:
- Male
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Electro)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD
- Experience in electrical engineering, including commissioning and troubleshooting of LV, MV & HV switchgear, transformers, and relay protection systems is preferred
- Able to interpret and create electrical drawings
- Fair proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Pleasant personality with strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Innovative, self-motivated, creative, and responsible
- Able to work under tight deadlines
- Willing to travel for work assignments
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM A and/or SIM C)
