Job description for Technical Solution Departement Head at PT Mega Akses Persada (FiberStar)
Job Description :
•Support sales team on set up and create new network topology model including its implementation process for overall MS concepts
•Collaborate with 3rd party and internal unit for implement this new concept
•Support during bidding/offer phase for cust. requirement, solution & delivery time.
•Support during delivery for alignment to bidding commitment.
•Support after sales for improvement based on customer care feedback.
•Update product knowledge for overall organization
•Costing based analysis to align on pricing in commercial team.
•Compliance of bidding requirement related to standardization & document.
•Support on business analyst on churn management.
•Provide P/L analysis to support business case simulation (business model).
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, IT, SI, or related
- Minimum 10 years experience in Telecommunication Industry
- Good knowledge in Network, Router, OLT, ONT, LAN/WAN, DWDM/NAP, MPLS, NMS, Sloarwind, and bdcom
- Understanding L1/L2/L3 protocol and network topology and able to analyze troubleshoot in L2/L3
- Good in analytical, critical, and strategic thinking
- Good in leadership, communication, and presentation skills
