Job description for Technical Project Manager at SotaTek
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Oversee all aspects of several software development projects, including project planning, resource management, risk management, quality management
- Conduct regular assessment on project status for timely reporting to stakeholders
- Manage daily tasks and evaluate to ensure overall quality of project delivery before handing over to customers
- Control and manage the issues, risks, dependencies and changes in scope associated with projects
- Guide and train team members on software development & other supporting processes
- Work closely with customer directly on all works of project
- Manage a large team including partner personnel and member
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have:
- Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, information technology, software development management, software engineering, or a related field
- Have knowledge of Frontend/ Backend
- At least 2 years of working experience in Software Development and minimum 1 years in the PM role
- Experience in coaching and managing teams using Agile methodologies
- Have the ability to consult and provide technical solutions for the team
- Have communication skills from project team and other stakeholders relevant
Nice to have:
- Have experience to work Japanese client
- Good at English or Japanese
- Experience with presales
- Have knowledge of e-commerce, healthcare, elearning domain
