Job description for Technical Project Manager (Mechanical/Fluid Equipment) at Shengnuowei Fluid Equipment
Candidate Requirements:
- Education Level : Min. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) Majoring in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineer
- Language : Bahasa Indonesia, English language skills are mandatory, Chinese language skills are preferred
- Minimum Experience: 2 - 3 years as Project Manager / Project Engineer
- Key Skills/Competencies:
- Able to read technical drawings and understand material specifications.
- Comprehensive knowledge of seals, pumps, and fluid systems.
- Proven ability to ensure on-time project delivery.
- Preferably those who have a network or experience handling projects in this industry: Oil & Gas, Mining, Dairy (Milk Processing), Beverages, or General Manufacturing.
- Prior experience working in a Chinese Company with a fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
- Proficient in English to bridge communication between management and teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Manage and monitor project schedules to align with client delivery commitments.
- Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of product specifications, including mechanical seals, pumps, and their supporting systems.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between company management, and relevant external parties.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all production outputs meet the technical specifications and quality standards set by the company.
