Job description for Tech Lead at 港商新創公司（HKSI）
Tech Lead
Be the engineering lead on projects, working from ideation to implementation to rollout.
2. Collaborate with product teams to refine product requirements in a data-driven approach which aims to achieve product market fit.
3. Responsible for the architecture design, construction and development of crawler/anti-crawler related systems.
4. Lead the initiative to deploy machine learning framework to improve search & match algorithm on Influencer Search & Marketing.
5. Build & manage in-house & vendor engineering team.
6. Evaluating, identifying & defining improvements to the existing infrastructure and coding standard.
7. Mentor and support other engineers in the team and related teams
8. Participate in Agile/scrum activities (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives), striving to continuously improve the team velocity, its processes and engineering practices
7. Compile and write documentation of program development and subsequent revisions
Qualifications
1. `3-5 years` working experience in an engineering role;
2. Bachelor degree or above in computer science related major;
3. Experience with the Agile/Scrum development lifecycle would be an advantage;
4. Experience on computer network, Linux system, RDMS database, cloud computing environment;
5.`Familiar with frontend mobile & web technology such as swift, objective-c, JAVA, HTML, CSS and/or javascript;`
6. `Familiar with backend technology such as JAVA`, or other commonly used programming language;
7. Experience building, leading, and architecting large, high-scale web application (e.g., well-designed APIs, high volume data pipelines, efficient algorithms)
8. Knowledge of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks would be a bonus.
