As the Project Manager and Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of various initiatives, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards. Your key duties will include developing comprehensive project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and utilizing Agile Methodologies to adapt to changing requirements efficiently. You will manage risks proactively, facilitate clear communication among stakeholders, and leverage tools such as Trello to track progress and maintain transparency. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to your team members, fostering a productive environment where everyone can contribute their best work while adhering to established IT Project Management best practices.

We welcome candidates who hold an SMP education level and possess between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience in project management or related fields. To thrive in this role, you should demonstrate proficiency in core areas including Project Implementation, Project Planning, Project Coordination, and Risk Management. Familiarity with Agile Project Management principles and strong Team Management capabilities are essential, as is the ability to navigate technical environments with confidence.
