Job description for Team Assistant/Secretary at Allura Asia
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team developing various projects.
- Administrative duties such as arranging meetings, filings, updating records, handling mail, preparing training equipment, communicating with all team members, and making travel arrangements.
- Provide assistance to the team in terms of the beauty & fashion segment.
- Adhoc duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications & Requirements:
- A high level of enthusiasm and commitment
- Entry-level with a diploma or above
- Good interpersonal skills
- Multi-tasking skills
- Problem-solving orientation
- Detail-oriented, very meticulous and responsible
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet
