Job description for Teacher Development Program at Yayasan Tunas Iblam

Requirements :
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education & Primary School Education
  • Diploma in montessori will be an added advantage
  • Minimum TOEFL Score 500 for english Teachers, General Teachers also require a TOEFL Score of 500
  • Proficient in Ms. Office and Academic IT system
  • Experience as a School Principal or holding a degree in psychology/early childhood educationis preferred
  • Fresh graduate or those with a minimum of 2 years of experience in high-quality Montessori schools or preschool
  • Placement in Depok
  • Proficiency in the Cambridge/IB Foreign Curriculum & Merdeka Curriculum
  • Enjoy working with children aged 2-6 years
  • Strong understanding of child development
  • Able to work in a team or independently
  • Familiarity and interest in the Montessori method
  • Willing to work from Monday to Saturday (Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4 pm)
