Job description
Job Description:
· Assist the implementation of routine administrative obligations of the company in order to fulfil tax obligations
· Perform tax archives for all GTech Group
· Assist and prepare necessary documents related to tax audits; filling objections; or appeal
· Socialize new tax regulations to all GTech Group that are directly related
· Responsible to handle taxations matters including tax monitoring, tax audit, tax reconciliations and tax analysis
· Responsible for handling all tax administrations including monthly tax reports
· Ensure WHT deduction and collection correctly
· Calculate PPh and VAT accurately in timely manner
· Has a broad knowledge about accounting and taxation
Qualifications:
· Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable university
· Having a minimum of 3 years experience as Tax and Accounting Senior Supervisor (or Assistant Manager)
· Having experience in tax audit, tax monitoring, tax reconciliations, monthly tax reporting, tax objection, tax appeal and tax administration
· Familiar with online tax reporting (E-SPT, E-Faktur, and E-Billing)
· Preferably holds USKP Certifications
· Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
· Dynamic leadership qualities and people oriented
