Job description for Talent Officer Intern (Esport or Agency) at MINESKI INDONESIA

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Talent Officer Intern to assist our event team in managing performers (KOLs, Influencers, Artists, and MCs). In this role, you will act as a supporting hand to our Senior Talent Managers. You will learn the behind-the-scenes of event operations, from helping with talent administration to assisting backstage during live events.

Job Qualifications:

Education: Current college student (any major, but Communication or Marketing.
Communication: Friendly, polite, and clear communication skills. Able to take instructions well.
Basic Tech Skills: Familiar with Google Sheets / Excel (for tracking databases) and highly responsive on WhatsApp.
Flexibility: Willing to work on-site during event days (which may include weekends or evenings, with adjusted rest days)
