Job description for Talent Acquisition at Pt Tns Raksasa Indonesia
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant major.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or other HR functions.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with using job portals or recruitment tools across the channel.
- Self-starter and self-motivator who thrives in ambiguous and start-up and diverse work environments.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Having the ability to work with multiple deadlines and a fast-paced work environment.
- Able to join ASAP.
- Willing to do WFO policy.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process of all roles (involving sourcing, screening, and selection of ideal individuals).
- Prepare recruitment materials to be posted to the appropriate channel. Also, represent the company at public events, such as career fairs and community job outreach programs to meet and connect with potential candidates.
- Design and develop strategies to build a high-performing team.
- Learn and always update knowledge and skills about industries, job roles, market updates, market conditions, etc.
- Assist candidates for each stage of the Hiring Process.
- Utilise knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates.
- Support succession planning and talent strategy in the effort to identify future talent needs and proactively recruit and source.
- Qualify resumes and screen, qualified candidates.
- Scheduling and interviewing shortlisted candidates.
- Develop innovative hiring strategies.
