English Interviewer (Freelance, Remote)
Job Description:
We are looking for a fluent English-speaking Interviewer to conduct online interviews for students enrolled in our Software Engineering Bootcamp.
The purpose of the interview is to assess each student's English communication skills, confidence, professionalism, and readiness for interviews with international companies.
You do NOT need to have a programming or software engineering background. Your primary responsibility is to conduct professional interviews in English and provide constructive feedback to help students improve.
Responsibilities
Conduct 15–30 minutes online interviews with bootcamp students.
Evaluate students' spoken English, communication skills, confidence, and professionalism.
Ask interview questions similar to those used by international employers.
Provide constructive feedback after each interview.
Complete a simple evaluation form after every session.
Encourage students to improve their interview performance.
Requirements
Native or near-native English proficiency.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in interviewing, recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, training, coaching, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
Comfortable conducting interviews via Zoom or Google Meet.
Able to provide professional and objective feedback.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment.
Available to work remotely on a freelance basis.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, HR Professional, Career Coach, or English Trainer.
Experience interviewing candidates for international companies is a plus.
Experience working with students or fresh graduates is an advantage.
Compensation
Paid per Month.
