Job description for Talent Acquisition Intern at Hacktiv8
Hacktiv8 is an online rapid education program that prepares absolute beginners into job-ready developers to work in high-growth tech careers in Indonesia. We do this using the Income Share Agreement, a payment program that helps students defer their tuition for a percentage of their future income.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be responsible for assisting our recruitment process (from sourcing potential candidates and meeting them with our leaders to making an impact for Hacktiv8).
Job Description:
- Participate in the recruitment process, which involves sourcing, screening, and selection of ideal individuals
- Coordinating recruiting events (such as sourcing resume, screening interview potential candidates, and arranging user interview)
- Sourcing potential and best candidates for internal recruitment needs from in-house databases, recruitment websites, LinkedIn, etc.
- Make a weekly status report on all recruitment activities.
Requirements:
- Freshly graduated from Psychology or related majors (having an experience as Recruitment Intern it’s a plus!)
- Energetic and fast learner to learn more about HR Recruitment
- Have a great interpersonal and communication skill
- Knowledge and experience in the end-to-end recruitment process will be a plus point
- Available for at least 3 months
