Job description for Talent Acquisition Intern at SATS Ltd
Intern, Human Capital (TARP)
You will be supporting the Talent Acquisition team and be tasked to assist on the following:
- Involve in planning and participation of recruitment events such as walk-in interviews and career fairs
- Support our participation in internship programmes, work-study programmes etc. where you will coordinate interviews, and follow up closely on the pre-onboarding duties as required
- Research and suggest new avenues/ recruitment channels to promote specialised positions
- Assist with the revamp of our Career Website
- In-charge of weekly or adhoc recruitment reporting. You will be exposed to managing of external parties such as government agencies/ recruitment agencies.
- Support in our full recruitment process, and administrative duties i.e. payment related matters
- Assist in adhoc duties whenever assigned
Requirements:
- Able to commit for at least 3 months
- Work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Meticulous and cautious in completing tasks
