About The Role
As a Human Resources Specialist at Glints Taiwan, you will help to build a world-class team at Glints by acquiring and attracting exceptional A players. You will also have exposure to international recruitment practices to build up your career in human resources.
Job Description
- Build healthy sourcing and talent pipeline, including but not limited to market talent mapping and maintaining high-potential candidates for proactive hiring in future hiring plans
- Understand strengths, weaknesses and personalities of each hiring manager and help them build teams of managers/ lieutenants that will complement their strengths
- Discipline to execute the recruitment process well and in a timely manner, along with necessary
- Collaborate with our regional teams to build up Taiwan team's people system
Requirements
2-3 YOE in recruitment, preferably in-house talent acquisition
Strong command of written and spoken english is a must. Candidates must have worked or lived in multicultural environments
Persuasion skills - able to represent and sell Glints well
High EQ and ability to adapt.
Must have a passion for technology and recruitment area.
Adaptable and comfortable with uncertainty: You will be working in a startup environment that is rapidly changing and iterating. Previous experience working in a startup environment would be an added advantage.
Organized, able to handle multiple streams of work
