We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our People team in Indonesia, to help build a world-class team at Glints by acquiring and attracting exceptional A-players.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Build healthy and innovative sourcing channels and talent pipelines, not limited to market talent mapping and maintaining a network of high-potential candidates for proactive hiring
Be a trusted partner and advisor to hiring managers on their manpower needs and the hiring process
Support all necessary administration relating to the hiring process
1-3 years of experience in in-house Talent Acquisition, HR, recruitment or related fields. Experience in Sales hiring or high-volume hiring will be a plus.

Good command of both English and Bahasa Indonesia (conversational and written)
