JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and hiring execution).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility and attractiveness as an employer.
- Handle employee documentation (employment contracts, onboarding processes, and HR database management).
- Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, and personal data).
- Support payroll administration, by ensuring accurate attendance and overtime data.
- Maintain and organize HR documents, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and proper filing systems.
- Assist in the implementation of HR programs.
- Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
- Prepare basic HR reports and assist in routine HR projects and administrative tasks.
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR (recruitment/ HR operations); fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR administration.
- Familiar with HRIS, job portals, and Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of payroll processes is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks effectively.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Interest or experience in employer branding and social media is a plus.
