Position Description

This role is within the client’s Analytics team that delivers all data analytics related tasks (using Alteryx, Tableau, and other data analytics tools) that are required across the various streams and projects within the team.
Position Responsibilities
In this position, you will:
- Perform data analytics, visual analytics tasks using Tableau/ Alteryx and other data analytics tools/systems that cover extensive data from multiple bank systems spanning across all relevant markets and business segments. This includes data extraction, data validation, and output generation
- Provide analytics and insights to the project team; for consumption by management, key stakeholders, and the greater network based on generated MIS and other obtained data
- Liaise with Business Stakeholders and Product Owners and lead the discussions
- Be responsible for any testing, documentation, and code development deliveries
- Be responsible for proposing robust and efficient solutions in Alteryx and Tableau
- Be involved in any proofs of concept that may take place
- Safeguard all project data by ensuring strict adherence to information communication guidelines policies as well as data storage/archival procedures
- Support the project team to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Have good knowledge of Agile Methodology and preferably have worked in Sprint cycles before

Eligibility Requirements
- Expert user and developer in Tableau, Alteryx (Preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent analytical skills/problem solver
- Pragmatic and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
- Proficient in SQL and/or other data query skills
- Strong knowledge of programming languages
- Familiarity with JIRA
- Familiar with Agile Methodology and Sprint ceremonies
- Degree or diploma in Computer Applications/ Information Systems
- Working knowledge of Tableau, Alteryx, and other data analytics tools is a must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and operate independently
