Job description for Systems & Networks Engineer at Focus Digitech Pte Ltd
Duties and Responsibilities
· Point of contact for incident escalation
· Maintain Service Level Agreement standards and commitment of users
· Liaising with 3rd party vendors, IT providers, etc for support
· Create and maintaining operations documentation and procedures
· Provide remote and onsite technical support for:
Network:Router, Switches, Wifi Access point and related devices, Local Area Network
System:Windows servers, Backup and restore, User ID administration,
End User Computing support: Desktops, Laptops, Mobile devices, Printer
Qualification and Skill
Possess good communication skills and is a team player
Experience in Windows Active Directory and Network Support
Knowledge and experience in Windows patching management
MAC device support knowledge
CCNA is an advantage
