Job description
Responsibilities
- Survey and get requirement from customer
- Test, configure and install devices: router, firewall, switch, access point, server, PC…
- Follow up, manage project progress and provide prompt action to ensure it to match the planned schedule and to meet customer demand
- Manage partner to ensure the quality of service, work progress, and to ensure the smoothly progress of project
- Design technical document for proposal to submit to customer, Support sales in presenting or explaining technical terms to customer for proposal
- Information report to upper levels.
- Interacting with our international clients and our business analysts in Singapore
- Scheduled maintenance and patching of Infrastructure environments as necessary
- Taking initiatives to build internal tools
- Creating and performing authorized changes to customer environments.
- Managing incidents and problems appropriately within agreed service levels
Requirements
- Master or Bachelor Degrees in Information Technology, Mathematics or Sciences
- Keen interest in financial markets. Working knowledge of financial products a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of UNIX Shell programming.
- Experience with AWS/Azure, Infrastructure-as-a-code
- Scripting and Automation knowledge
- Bash Scripts, Linux/Unix, Perl or any Unix scripting language
- Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies
- Strong background with core network and compute technologies
- Basic knowledge of Data migration, Data warehouse and database security principles.
- 2-3 years of experience working experience of IT system engineer
- Fluent English and good communication skills is a plus
