We are currently seeking a highly motivated System Analyst to join our team in Besuki, Kabupaten Tulungagung, Jawa Timur, Indonesia. • Maximum age of 35 years.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a System Analyst in a software development or IT operations environment, with at least 1–2 years of experience as a Developer (backend/full-stack).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience translating client or internal business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experienced in Enterprise Application or Core System Product development.
• In-depth understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in using analysis tools such as Jira, Confluence, or UML diagramming.
• Web Programming Skills: Mastery of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, cross-browser compatibility, and User Interface (UI) design.
• Database & Architecture: Strong understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, Object-Oriented Design (OOD), and Web Services.
• Development Management: Familiarity with GIT-based source control and issue tracking/ticketing tools.
• Work Methodology: Accustomed to working with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and sharp analytical thinking abilities.
• Preference given to candidates with experience using the Angular framework and .NET C# or Java programming languages
