We're currently hiring for our client, mining company, for freelance IT Business Analyst / System Analyst position. This is a remote work for 1 month (extendable), must be willing to standby during working hour from 8am-5pm.
Job Desc:
1. To evaluate requests for solution development/enhancement from Demand Touchpoint
2. Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and prepare technical documentation including but not limited High Level Design Document, flowchart, solution mock up, acceptance testing and other required documentation.
3. Coordinate and communicate effectively with the Digital Factory and Operation (DIFO) team, vendors and related parties to investigate, evaluate and report alternative solutions to business needs and recommend the preferred solution.
4. To participate with the Digital Factory and Operation (DIFO) team in developing solutions and establish measurement criteria.
5. Able to create interactive dashboard to get insight from big data
6. Act as Ambassador of Digitalization Journey and assure the higher success rate of Digital Culture
7. Analyzing & evaluate design of technical system and business model as part of continuous improvement --> As requirement/demand frontier, orchestrate and activate the function to related internal function (technology, mining, change management, operation) and also external functions to assure the maximize outcome value of solution proposal and process synchronization
8. Support other Department in Digital Technology Division (if needed)
SKILL REQUIREMENT
• Fast learner & self starter
• Experience with minimum 3 cycle of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Solution Architecture
• Problem solving and root-cause identification skills
• Great sense of UI/X
• Deep illicitation with users
• Experience in mining business process is a plus
• Having experience as developer is a plus
