Responsibilities
- Conduct swimming lessons professionally and safely
- Ensure student safety during lessons
- Track attendance and lesson progress
- Follow Swim it Right teaching methods and lesson plans
- Attend occasional training or meeting sessions when required
Requirements
✅ Proficient in at least 2 of the 4 basic strokes (Breaststroke, Backstroke, Freestyle, Butterfly) for In-House Coach Pathway
✅ Enjoy interacting with children and adults
✅ Comfortable working outdoors and in the pool
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Responsible, reliable, proactive, and independent
✅ Able to commit long-term preferred
