· Objectives of this Role
- Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams
- Determine key supply chain KPIs
- Suggest solutions for process improvements
- Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors
- Work on demand forecast on monthly basic basing on data analysis (historical sales, marketing activations..)
- Work on New Product Accessment (NPA), including checking product costings, applicable margins.. - Prepare replenishment plan basing on validated forecast and propose to BOD for approval
- Carry out good purchase with foreign suppliers following approved Rep Plan
- Closely follow up shipping schedule to ensure supply plans are dully executed
+ Check stock aging and give alert to Sales team/ BOD, propose promotion discount based on COGS and stock policy to fast deplete short-shelf life stock
+ Check stock days/ stock ration and give alert for Out Of Stock risks
+ Check stock movements following forecast
- Check and validate "stock write-off"
- Check payments requests for foreign supplier
- Build and maintain good relationships with vendors
· Skills and Qualifications
- Previous working experience as a Supply Chain Manager for 3 years
- College graduate or higher, priority import and export specialization
- Confident and dynamic personality
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethics
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Good communication in Vietnamese and English
- Salary: The agreement depends on the capacity of the candidate when participating in the interview.
