Support the Manager in coordinating and overseeing daily departmental operations. Assist with Mandarin translation and communication between management, team members, and relevant stakeholders. Work closely with managerial-level stakeholders to support the smooth execution of departmental activities. Provide operational and administrative support to ensure effective team coordination.

- Act as a backup support for team members when needed
- Prepare reports, handle administrative tasks, and perform other duties assigned by the Manager
- Learn and develop professional expertise in the logistics industry
About you
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Fluent in Mandarin, minimum HSK Level 5 or above
- Strong communication, coordination, and logical thinking skills
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications
