Job Summary
The Spa Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily spa operations, ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining service standards, and leading the spa team to achieve operational and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Supervise daily spa operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Ensure all treatments are performed according to company standards and therapist competencies.
Monitor staff performance, discipline, grooming, and service quality.
Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing therapist treatment allocation.
Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by handling guest inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of spa areas at all times.
Support management in implementing operational plans, monitoring results, and conducting regular evaluations.
Provide coaching and guidance to therapists and spa staff to improve service quality.
Monitor spa inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
Prepare operational reports and provide feedback to management.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 years of experience in a Spa / Beauty Salon / Hospitality supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of spa treatments, beauty services, and hospitality standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Customer-service oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Good command of English is preferred.
Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
Location: Seminyak / Kerobokan – Bali Based
