QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement & purchasing, preferably in the automotive dealership industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced formulas).
- Holding certification in Procurement/Purchasing is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, honest, disciplined, with high integrity and initiative.
- Willing to be placed in Matraman, East Jakarta.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Handle procurement and purchasing processes for branches within a multi-branch network across Indonesia.
- Prepare purchase plans, conduct vendor selection and price negotiations.
- Evaluate and validate vendor/supplier data.
- Monitor order fulfillment, on-time delivery, and ensure document completeness.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding payment processes.
- Compile reports and analyze purchasing data using Excel.
- Lead and coordinate with the team under your supervision.
