Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily garment production activities to ensure production targets, quality, and delivery schedules are achieved.
Coordinate with PPIC, Warehouse, QC, and other related departments.
Monitor production efficiency and resolve operational issues.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Manage employee attendance, overtime, and manpower allocation.
Process payroll, including attendance, overtime, incentives, and salary calculations.
Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time.
Support management in improving production performance and operational efficiency.
