Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap kelancaran & ketepatan waktu pelaksanaan
- Melakukan pengawasan terhadap pekerjaan lapangan
- Melakukan pengawasan kualitas, penggunaan material & alat kerja di lapangan
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap kualitas pekerjaan lapangan
- Mengetahui kebutuhan tenaga kerja, material & alat kerja di lapangan
- Membuat Schedule Pengawasan Harian
- Membuat administrasi kebutuhan material dari lapangan
- Melaksanakan tugas-tugas yang diberikan pimpinan proyek
- Menyusun Rencana Kebutuhan Material, Tenaga kerja & alat kerja
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 jurusan Teknik Elektro/Mesin
- Menguasai Ms. Office, AutoCAD, dan aplikasi engineering lainnya
- Dapat membaca gambar konstruksi
- Jujur, proaktif, memiliki communication skill yang baik, dan bertanggung jawab
- Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun team
- Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan
- Tidak sedang dalam proses kuliah/melanjutkan pendidikan
- Bersedia ditempatkan di wilayah Jabodetabek, maupun seluruh Indonesia
About the company
CTM was founded in 2003 in Gunung Putri, Bogor. We started off working on small-scale projects. Our earliest projects include the installation of the HVAC systems in the Governor's Office in Maluku, the Plumbing and Sprinkler systemsat the BKPM office and the mechanical and electrical systems in the Governor's Office in Bangka. We have since grown to take on larger-scale projects. CTM has grown to become a major player in the Mechanical and Electrical Construction industry, taking on increasingly larger and more complex projects. To date, we have completed close to 90 projects throughout Indonesia. To accomodate our growth, CTM has moved to a larger office at a prime location at Jalan Panjang, West Jakarta.
