- Bachelor degree in education or related field
- 1-3 years of teaching experience
- Multi-lingual with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia as a minimum, and additional languages as bonus
- Able to teach subject content effectively and both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Passionate about teaching children and familiar with child-centred, enquiry based methodologies such as montessori reggio emilia and waldorf
- Creative, patient, responsible, digitally literate and practitioner of culture
- Friendly, communicative, and able to work well in team
