About Clay Clay
Clay Clay is a creative experience studio where people come together to paint pottery, celebrate special occasions, and create meaningful memories. We are looking for a creative, proactive intern who enjoys both design work and being part of the day-to-day operations that bring these experiences to life.
What You'll Do
Creative & Marketing
- Create content for social media platforms, including photos, videos, graphics, and short-form content.
- Assist with creative campaigns, promotional materials, and marketing initiatives.
- Support photography and videography for products, events, and workshops.
- Help maintain brand consistency across digital and print materials.
- Research trends, content ideas, and creative inspirations.
Studio Operations
- Welcome and assist customers during studio sessions.
- Prepare pottery, paints, tools, and materials before workshops.
- Help maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming studio environment.
- Pack, label, and organise finished pottery for collection.
- Support event setup, off-site workshops, and other operational tasks when required.
General Support
- Collaborate with the team on new ideas and projects.
- Assist with administrative and ad hoc duties as needed.
- Contribute to creating an enjoyable customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Creative, organised, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (experience is a plus but not required).
- Enjoys creating content for social media.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to be hands-on in both creative projects and studio operations.
- Positive attitude, takes initiative, and adapts well in a fast-paced environment.
