- Initiate and maintain online communication with potential students/customers to identify theirneeds and interests.
- Provide detailed, customized information about the company's products and services to prospective students.
- Accurately record all interactions, offers, and client updates in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Work proactively to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Support in creating a positive customer journey by ensuring each touchpoint is smooth, informative, and engaging.
Requirements
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta Selatan
- Well-dressed and have a great personality
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar field (sales, admissions, or customer-facing roles).
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven negotiation and pitching abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset, with good product knowledge and customer orientation.
- Resilience, perseverance, and a results-driven mindset to achieve both individual and team OKR
