Student Care Mentor

EduFirst Tampines East (Franchise Outlet) is a dynamic and growing educational center dedicated to providing quality learning experiences for students of all ages. As we continue to expand our services, we are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant and Student Care Mentor. This role is ideal for someone who values education, enjoys working with primary school children, and is eager to contribute to a positive learning atmosphere.

• Provide daily care, supervision, and guidance to children in the centre

• Fetch children from schools or designated pick-up points

• Support children with homework and school-related work

• Conduct simple enrichment or tuition activities when required

• Assist with daily routines, including tea breaks and mealtimes

• Support the planning and execution of holiday programmes and activities

• Communicate daily updates or observations to supervisors

• Maintain general cleanliness and housekeeping standards within the centre

• Follow centre policies and safety procedures at all times

• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Centre Supervisor/Management

We are looking for candidates who have 1 and 3 years of relevant experience. Strong customer service skills, along with the ability to provide student counseling, are essential. Candidates should demonstrate teamwork, effective communication, and the ability to plan and deliver lessons. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications is required. A passion for teaching and a commitment to student care will make you a great fit for this role.
