As part of the program, you will collaborate directly with senior leadership on real-world strategic projects that tackle critical challenges and drive tangible business outcomes. As a trusted extension of our senior executives, you will help drive project execution, prepare strategic materials, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and contribute to critical decision-making processes that shape the future of the company.
What You Will Do
• Support Leadership Team on Strategic Initiatives: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing high-priority projects across various business functions.
• Prepare Executive Materials: Draft presentations, board updates, market analyses, and internal reports to support decision-making by senior management.
• Project Management: Track progress, identify risks, and help ensure timely execution of strategic projects and operational plans.
• Conduct Market and Business Analysis: Research industry trends, competitor activities, and operational data to support strategic decision-making.
• Meeting Preparation and Follow-up: Prepare leadership team for meetings with internal and external stakeholders; summarize action items and ensure follow-through.
• Operational Support for Leadership: Assist with scheduling, documentation, and day-to-day administrative needs tied to project execution and leadership activities.
What We Are Looking For
• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategy, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of prior work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, project management, or executive support roles is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to synthesize complex information into clear, concise materials for senior stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful, with a hands-on attitude toward solving problems and driving initiatives forward.
