Job Description

  • Lead the development of integrated communication and digital marketing strategies based on client objectives and business goals.
  • Conduct in-depth market, consumer, competitor, and industry research to generate actionable insights.
  • Develop strategic frameworks, communication strategies, campaign ideas, and creative briefs that inspire impactful creative executions.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Management, Creative, Social Media, Performance Marketing, and Production teams to ensure campaigns are strategically aligned.
  • Translate consumer insights, cultural trends, and data into compelling strategic recommendations.
  • Support business development initiatives by developing strategic approaches and participating in client pitches.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for optimization and future initiatives.
  • Present strategic recommendations, campaign rationale, and insights confidently to internal teams and clients.
  • Stay updated with digital, social, and cultural trends to identify opportunities for innovative marketing strategies.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior planners or interns when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Strategic Planner, Brand Planner, Digital Strategist, or similar role, preferably within a digital or advertising agency.
  • Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, social media strategy, integrated marketing communications, and consumer behavior.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic frameworks, communication strategies, and creative briefs for integrated campaigns.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to transform research and data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in campaign planning, business pitching, and presenting strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Familiar with market research methodologies, audience segmentation, consumer journey mapping, and campaign measurement.
  • Excellent presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
