Job description for Strategic Planner at Kaji Business Consulting & Creative Agency
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or any analytical/creative background with at least 3 years of working experience in digital marketing, publisher, or creative agency setting
- Experience working for leading brands or developing brand proposals from scratch
- Excellent knowledge of current marketing campaign trends, and the strengths and weaknesses of the core digital platform
- Experience in creating presentations, structuring a clear narrative and argument to sell creative ideas and strategies to the client
- Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative consumer research to analyze and insightful conclusions
- Deep understanding of current trends in digital marketing, branding, and social media campaigns and creatives
- Excellent communication skills and English is a must to work with regional teams
- Detail-oriented and good analytical thinking
- Lead strategic planning for developing concepts, ideas, and plans for achieving objectives successfully and for meeting and beating the competition
- Gather, analyze and interpret the data and information from a variety of first and second-party data sources
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative information from the client and propose recommendations that will have tangible marketing and business impact
- Presenting proactive ideas and briefs exploring new opportunities for marketing innovation and implementing them on selected accounts.
