Job description for Strategic Partnership at Gear Up
- Identify, create relationship, and mantain partnership with other companies/ communities/insitutions
- Manage relationships with partners to build the brand and the business.
- Manage new projects to create stronger partnerships.
- Build the organizational network by through targeted outreach and strong project planning.
- Competitive analysis and research of existing markets to know the right partners and projects to work with.
- Analyze and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics.
- Preferably 2-3 years of work experience in Partnership/Business Development/Sales
- Bachelor’s degree in business, administration/management, communications, or all related background
- Strategic thinkers with strong personalities, positive energy, and expert communication skills.
- Team player with organizational skills and project management
- Self-starter and able to work with minimum supervision
