What You Will Do:
Market & Data Analysis: Conduct qualitative/quantitative research and simulations on Healthcare, Pharma, Beauty/Aesthetics, and Wellness trends to provide actionable business recommendations.
Financial Modeling: Develop robust financial models, commercial analyses, and business projections to support strategic decision-making.
Project Deep-Dive: Evaluate potential and ongoing projects, including supply chain efficiency, business processes, and stakeholder landscapes.
Stakeholder Management: Engage and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Executive Reporting: Prepare high-quality, strategic presentation materials for Board of Directors (BOD) meetings and external partners.
What We Are Looking For:
Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role. Experience in pharmaceuticals, beauty/aesthetics, or wellness industries is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (financial modeling, pivot tables, lookup functions) and PowerPoint/Google Slides (data visualization).
Core Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, deep understanding of financial statements, attention to detail, and a proactive communication style.
Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for professional collaboration.
