Job description for Store Experience Manager at Urban Wagyu
Qualifications
- Male/ Female
- Graduated min Diploma from any major
- Experienced as a store manager in F&B with several stores
- Excellent in English both spoken and written
- Computer literacy: Ms. Word, and Ms. Excel
- Good communication and leadership skill, well organized and has strong personality
- Able to work with detail, analysis and strategic thinking
Responsibilities
- Ensure operational and non-operational activities at all outlets run in accordance with SOP
- Create a concepts to improve customer experience
- Collaborating with internal and external partner for outlet development
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of Supervisor and Leader Outlet
- Create daily, weekly and monthly performance reports with details
