Pengalaman minimal 3 th di finishing memimpin tim line finishing
Berpengalaman menangani mass production dengan karyawan 100-150 orang
Mampu memimpin dan kerja sama tim
Bersikap humanis, disiplin, wibawa, dan komunikatif ke bawahannya, antar divisi, serta ke atasan.
Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
Mampu mengatur pekerjaan sesuai jadwal dan mampu memenuhi target
Mampu menghitung kebutuhan bahan finishing untuk produksi dengan presisi
Jujur, inisiatif tinggi, kreatif, aktif & komunikatif dalam bekerja
Mampu untuk control kesesuaian bahan finishing yang dikirim supplier
