Job Description and Responsibility

Support employee recruitment process.
Responsible to all HR Administration Activity: (attendance, employee data)
Support HRD & GA Supervisor for internal & external matter.
Maintain and monitor GA activities such as : office, accommodation, maintain stationary use weekly and monthly and others.
Supports GA project.
Filling and handling HRD & GA documents.
Responsible in all HRD & GA Division and Section

Requirements

Educational background: minimum bachelor's degree from Psikologi / Human Resources
Minimum 2 years’ experience of similar position
Good integrity, discipline, honest, adaptable, reliable and teamwork
Having basic knowledge and exposure of HRD & GA
Strong knowledge on rules & regulations of employment and labour laws
Good communication and multitasking.
