Recruitment:
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the entire process of order communication, entry, and follow-up; verifying order information to ensure accuracy.
2. Coordinate with clients, warehouse, and production departments, updating order progress, shipping, and logistics information in a timely manner, and handling daily order inquiries.
3. Sort order ledgers, compile order statistics, properly store documents, and keep all records complete and organized.
4. Assist with basic after-sales communication for orders, forward customer feedback, and complete follow-up work for completed orders.
5. Complete other daily administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
1. Gender: Female
2. Age: 20 – 30 years old
3. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, fast typing, meticulous, patient, and responsible.
5. Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, and teamwork spirit; Able to follow a work schedule.
6. No previous merchandising experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
Salary & Benefits
1. Monthly salary: 4,000,000.00–10,000,000.00 (based on skills and work experience, salary increases based on performance)

Working Hours
