Kualifikasi:
S1 DKV, Multimedia, Marketing Communication, atau bidang terkait.
Memiliki pengalaman 1–2 tahun memimpin tim kreatif.
Memahami desain, color theory, visual hierarchy, dan branding.
Mampu mengambil keputusan kreatif dengan cepat dan tepat.
Detail-oriented dan memiliki standar kualitas visual yang tinggi.
Memiliki kemampuan leadership yang jelas, tenang, dan efektif.
Portfolio yang menunjukkan pengalaman dalam mengarahkan atau memimpin project/tim kreatif menjadi nilai tambah

Tanggung Jawab:
Mengarahkan dan mengawasi proses kerja tim Creative.
Melakukan quality control dan final approval seluruh aset visual.
Menjaga konsistensi brand guideline Sakha Coffee.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim Sales & Branding untuk kebutuhan campaign.
Mengembangkan kemampuan tim melalui evaluasi dan coaching.
