- Assist in the development of new menu items and specials.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Provide training and support to junior kitchen staff.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a restaurant specializing in Western cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of Western culinary techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
